Old Southeronians’ Association
The ‘Old Southeronians’ Association was formed in 1938 to provide for the needs of retired railwaymen and women who have worked in or who live in Southern England – the area we cover stretches from Kent to Cornwall.
New members are allocated to one of seven branches according to their home address, unless they express a preference for a particular branch. Each branch is managed by its own Committee and these are drawn together by an OSA Executive Committee, which generally oversees and encourages the social and welfare activities of the Association.
Members are encouraged to take part in a variety of activities, so that they can join in the fellowship with former colleagues and other like-minded people. Full details are circulated in the regular branch newsletter.
Life Membership of the Old Southeronians costs just £20.
